Man at arms had the ancestors cloak or whatever that's +15 dodge and a sun ring. Bounty hunter had the +25% melee dmg mask and ancestors pen. Jester had bright tamborine and focus ring. For items, vestal had jaina's head healing one, and one of the vestal scrolls. I actually used the +dodge +dmg crit ones off man at arms and bounty hunter used planned takedown. The trick is man at arms bolster and +dodge camp skills.

I cleared out everything right up to the boss then camped. I'm glad I brought the jester though cus the cultist guys the ranged human ones on the way do a ton of stress damage so I needed it. Regular difficulty, it was the easiest boss fight I've had maybe in the game, much easier than the shambler you run into in normal dungeons.

Then from some other people's discussions I was worried about the stress, thus I brought vestal 4, jester 3, bounty hunter 2, man at arms 1. I cheated and read about the boss's abilities on the wiki first. Having characters that are weak to being shuffled in the party, as "All Hands on Deck!" will be very annoying to deal with.I was very worried about my first foray into darkest but holy crap this fight was so easy. Crusader and Plague Doctor are great party members for this fight, as Crusaders can deal a high amount of damage to the Unholy enemies and Plague Doctor can Blight the Crew very easily. Once you've done that, simply continue to hit the Crew until they're dead, as the moves they have are not very strong to point out any weaknesses against. However, if you think you can do it, you can stun the Anchorman from doing the move and focus on attacking the Crew, although it has a fairly high amount of Stun resistance. However, when it does use "Heave Ho!", it will lose the PROT bonus meaning you can kill it at that point.

It's best to deal with this enemy after it uses its move, "Heave Ho!", because it immobilize the party member in the first position from moving as well as cause them to take stress damage over time and healing the Crew as long as the party member is immobilized. It will always do this at the beginning of a turn if there is no Drowned Anchorman at the current time. When the fight first starts, the boss will pull a random team member to the frontline and summon a Drowned Anchorman with a buff granting a high amount of PROT and resistences. The Drowned Crew is a boss that resides in the Cove dungeon.
